班奇鲁别墅酒店 - 因弗内斯

地理位置非常棒，有自然環境生態，面湖及很綠意的森林，酒店的服務非常棒，很喜歡。

雖住在豪華客房，但煮水器在煮水時沒地方放，造成不方便，請改善。

酒店的位置非常理想 如果夏天来可能更美~ 只是不开车可能不太容易~

房间里没有拖鞋！地毯光脚走的话有点脏~

The hotel itself was beautiful. The photographs on the website do not do it justice. Sitting by log fires in such a nice old building is wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Lovely view but when we stayed only customers so a little strange. Only people at dinner in large room. Staff tried hard. To expensive and no option with dinner menu.

Felt very expensive, and dinner was set menu at 37 pounds. We were only people and had to pay this for our evening meal.

The staff were fantastic, really warm and friendly - nothing was too much trouble

I was delighted the minute we arrived. The setting is stunning! Beside the sea, the gardens are beautiful & well maintained. We were greeted immediately by friendly & helpful staff who were attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, high standard & very reasonable. Our stay was romantic, relaxing & memorable! I can't wait to go back & stay again. One of the things I loved the most was the Hotel is reasonably small & therefore more personal, a family home feel to it. A refreshing change from, larger hotels that feel very impersonal & corporate. I would thoroughly recommend Bunchrew House Hotel. I will definitely be returning, hopefully very soon.

Lovely peaceful location and superb grounds. Very friendly & polite staff and comfortable room.

Only down side was that the room we were given had been painted the day before and had a slight smell of paint, but leaving the window open helped a bit.

Dinner at the restaurant was confusing in terms of ordering, and the service was quite slow

The staff was excellent. Food was good.

I know it is an old place but it could use some updating. Down side is it sort of out in the country. If you do not want to eat at the hotel then there is not many choices to eat close by.
